How do I set up Stillpoint for 100% offline use? +

Open stillpoint.gravorix.com/app on your mobile device (Safari on iOS or Chrome on Android). Tap your browser's Share / Menu icon and select "Add to Home Screen". Stillpoint will install directly to your device and run completely offline without needing cellular data or Wi-Fi.

How do access tokens work across devices? +

Your access token is securely saved in your local browser storage once verified. If you switch devices, open the app on your new device and enter your order details to resume your access.

What is the 7-day technical defect policy? +

We stand behind the technical execution of our products. If you encounter an unresolvable technical fault or defect within 7 days of purchase, contact us below for immediate resolution or refund per our Terms of Service.
